At Aibei Doll, your health, safety, and peace of mind are our absolute highest priorities. Because our products are of a highly intimate nature, we enforce an uncompromising hygiene policy. We guarantee that every doll we ship is 100% brand new, directly from our production line.

To maintain this promise and protect all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or on any opened items. This strict policy is your absolute assurance that you will never receive a refurbished, second-hand, or previously used doll when shopping with us.

Mandatory Arrival Inspection (DOA Policy):
Upon receiving your doll, it is imperative that you inspect the item carefully from head to toe before any use. Returns or replacements are strictly limited to products that arrive damaged or possess critical manufacturing defects (Dead on Arrival).

Damages & Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Your email must include detailed descriptions along with clear, high-resolution photos and videos of the damage. Do not use the doll.

Once our quality assurance team verifies the defect caused by non-human factors, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include replacing the original item or providing a refund. If an authorized return or replacement is processed, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be granted if the doll has been used.

Warranty Limitations

Damages resulting from improper handling, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance instructions are not eligible for any return or exchange. TPE and silicone are highly durable but require proper care. Aibei Doll is not responsible for any damage caused by the user post-delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our highly efficient logistics and dispatch system, we begin processing your order almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order details completely free of charge. Please email us immediately if you need to make changes.
  • After 12 Hours: Your order has already been processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners. At this stage, the package is considered in transit and cannot be intercepted. Therefore, the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take extreme care when providing your shipping address; the exact information you input will be printed on your shipping label. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs), it will result in a 50% processing fee, and no shipping refunds will be issued.
