100% Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our utmost priority. Every doll is carefully packed in a plain, unmarked, and heavy-duty carton box. There are absolutely no brand logos, adult-related imagery, or descriptions on the outside of the package. All international orders are securely shipped using reliable carriers like FedEx or UPS.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

To ensure maximum efficiency, we dispatch orders from our local US and EU warehouses, as well as direct from our main factory, depending on inventory availability and your specific customization requests.

  • United States & EU Countries: Free Shipping. Orders shipped from our local warehouses typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Customers in these regions will not incur any customs issues or import taxes.
  • Select Asia & Oceania Countries: Free Shipping. (Includes: Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, and New Zealand).
  • Non-EU European Countries: A flat shipping fee of $60 applies.
  • Rest of the World: A flat shipping fee of $100 applies.

Customs & Import Duties Disclaimer:
For orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway, the customer is fully responsible for any local customs clearance procedures and import duties. Please be aware that customs agents outside the USA/EU may occasionally open boxes for routine inspection.

Production & Dispatch Timeline

For custom orders or models dispatched directly from our main factory, production begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Crafting your customized doll takes approximately 7-14 days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. The total time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 14-21 days.
